What We Do
Through our app, riders can request a vehicle from eligible categories, track arrival, and pay seamlessly. Drivers choose when to go online and accept requests at their discretion.

By using the Elite Bulgaria app, users agree to the platform’s operating policies outlined in the sections above, including pricing, privacy, and service rules. Elite Bulgaria reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or policy violations.

Payments & Invoicing
Cashless payments are processed through the app. Depending on local rules and the provider, receipts/invoices are issued by the independent driver or partner operator delivering the ride.
Safety & Quality
We require eligible vehicle categories, minimum vehicle year 2020+ (except Sport category), valid insurance and clean, well-maintained cars. We monitor quality through ratings and support.

ELITE Bulgaria is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any taxi company or municipal taxi service. All trademarks and vehicle brand names are the property of their respective owners.
Compliance & Licences
Drivers and partner operators on the platform must comply with all applicable laws and hold any permits, licences, insurance and vehicle inspections required for the category and territory in which they operate. ELITE Bulgaria verifies documentation for platform access but is not a party to the transport contract between rider and driver/operator.
