Our pricing system is fully transparent and fixed. The service price is calculated automatically in the app based on distance and category.

Requests above 25 km are not accepted through the app in order to guarantee timely and reliable service.

Clients always see the vehicle model, license plate and chauffeur initials before the service begins.

For privacy and security reasons, personal photos of chauffeurs are not displayed. Passenger profiles may contain a photo for identification purposes only.

ELITE Bulgaria complies with applicable GDPR standards and ensures that all personal information is processed securely.

Chauffeur photos are not displayed publicly. Clients see only initials, vehicle make and model, license plate and rating.

All vehicles are insured and verified before activation.

Elite Bulgaria collects only essential data needed for request management and payment processing. All personal information is stored and processed securely in compliance with GDPR regulations. Payment data is processed exclusively by third-party providers (Stripe, Apple Pay) and is never stored on our servers.

The company does not operate as a taxi or transportation service and does not own automobiles.

All chauffeurs are independent contractors who are verified and approved by the platform.
